Based on the directives of the Dean of Al-Isra University College, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Jabr Al-Majidi, today Wednesday 30/3/222 an agreement of cooperation and scientific understanding was signed between our college and the Technical College of Engineering _ Baghdad. The signing was preceded by an expanded meeting with the Dean of the college, Prof. Dr. Nabil Yassin Jamil and Mr. Head of the Building and Construction Techniques Engineering Department, Dr. Ayman Rashid Al Jawari, and under the authorization granted to him by Mr. Dean Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Al-Majidi, the esteemed, attended the meeting and the signing of the agreement. For scientific cooperation in all its aspects in the field of building and construction engineering techniques
