This classification is considered one of the most prominent international classifications that reflect the quality of education and scientific research in Arab universities, as 45 Iraqi universities, including Al-Esraa University, achieved positive results in the (Times Higher Education Arab University Rankings 2024) classification.

This year, 238 institutions from 16 Arab countries competed, and were evaluated based on a set of indicators that include teaching, research environment, quality of research outputs, international openness, and society.
